How do I book in a portable storage module to be delivered to me?
Just call our office and speak to our sales team on 1300 482 320 they would love to hear from you! Note that to confirm all bookings we require a deposit via credit card, so please make sure you have this ready.
How much notice do I need to give to have my portable storage module delivered back to me?
We recommend that you contact us at least 5 business days to book in your delivery. Keep in mind that Fridays and Saturdays do book up far in advance, so more notice may be necessary to secure your desired date.
How much time do I need to give if I want to pick up my storage contents from Ezestore?
We need a minimum of 3-business days notice to book in your warehouse visit.
Is there a charge to access my storage contents at your warehouse?
For the first time you would like to access your storage module there is no charge. However please note that you will be charged a warehouse-handling fee after the initial time. Contact our office for the latest rate information on 1300 482 320.
Will the small module (7m3) fit my home contents?
To get a exact idea on how much space you require visit our Storage Calculator located on our website. Keep in mind with the small module that the height limits the types of items you can fit in here i.e. fridges, tall bookcases, queen and king size mattress etc.
I don’t know how long I need storage for; it could be 2 months or 2 years. Am I locked into a contract?
No, Ezestore does not lock you into a contract. If you do not know how long you need storage for we recommend you use our weekly or monthly direct debit payment system.
Do you pack my portable storage modules for me, or do I have to do it myself?
Ezemove do all the work for you! All you need to do is have all your goods ready to go and our team will do the rest. Call the office for more information 1300 482 320.
Does Ezestore have insurance?
Yes. Ezestore has full liability and workers compensation insurance. If you require added contents insurance for your goods we suggest you check with your current home contents provider, or alternatively we can supply this for you.
Where are the storage modules stored?
The modules are stored at either one of our warehouses. We currently have one in Balgowlah NSW and Botany NSW. Both warehouses are fully secure and weather proof. If you would like to visit us, just call the office 1300 482 320.
What are your office hours and how do I contact you?
Our office hours are from Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm daily. If our phone lines are busy please contact us here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
