Q.How soon can I move my goods or rent a module?
Depending on our availability it will be within 24 hours. Just call us and we will arrange a time, complete the application form, arrange bond and advance payment

Q.What if I don't need my module or things from storage?
Simply contact us 7 days prior to the date you plan to vacate. If you need a specific item things can be delivered or collected from our depot.

Q. How will I pay for my rented modules?
To make it easier for you to budget, our prices are based on weekly rates. You will pay once a month and this amount is calculated by breaking down the weekly rate to a day rate and multiplying this by 365 days (1 year) and dividing by 12 to give a calendar monthly dollar figure.
When you first start renting it will be similar to renting a house i.e. you pay 2 weeks bond (you receive this back when you vacate) and 1 calendar month in advance.

Q. What size are ezestore Storage modules?
Our modules come in 7m3 or 11 m3 . However we have a range of different unit sizes and options to suit you. Please call us so we discuss what option will suit your needs best. Our variety means you are not tied into renting a standard sized unit, which may be much bigger than you need.

Q. Are the units and modules secure?
Not only are our facilities secure, we provide better long term care of your goods because our modules are made of plywood and they breathe. Security systems and monitoring are crucial in our business.

Q. What is the shortest period of time I can rent a unit or module for?
Our storage terms are very flexible from 1 week to 1 or more years. If you will be renting a module for more than 6 months we can offer you a more competitive rate.

Q. Do I supply my own padlock?
Yes, you will need to purchase your own padlock.

Q. What hours can I access my unit or storage container?
Our sites offer you a 9-5 monday to friday access. Special arrangements can be made outside these hours.

Q. Can you arrange Contents Insurance?
Yes, we have an affiliation with an insurance company that specializes in self-storage contents insurance. Please ask for a brochure and price list.
